Founded in 2007, iDiscover is a global leader in electronic discovery software and services.  Our clients consist of boutique law firms, AMLAW 100 firms and Fortune 500 companies. 

In 2011 iDiscover was acquired by a holding company that also owns Nationwide Legal, LLC.  Nationwide Legal is the largest and most technologically advanced legal support / attorney service provider in America.  Nationwide Legal also acquired ABC Digital Solutions, a litigation support provider located in Century City, California and Mercury IQ, an eDiscovery innovator, in New York City.  With the opening of a downtown Los Angeles office in January 2012, locations now include San Francisco, Los Angeles, Century City, Phoenix (Data Center & Collocation), San Antonio and New York City. 

All of the entities are now united under the iDiscover banner.  In addition to increasing our geographical footprint, we acquired highly talented personnel with special gifts creating synergies that differentiate iDiscover from its peers within the highly competitive market for knowledge based, technology services.  Our goal is simple:  to provide the highest quality, consultatively informed services, delivered on time and at a predictable cost providing our clients’ identifiable value.  We believe that the confidence we build through repeat performance strengthens the relationship of trust between our organization and our clientele. 

iDiscover has 70 employees nationwide and is privately held.  We are large enough to scale to meet the needs of the most demanding projects and have a proven track record in successfully managing some of the largest cases on the planet.  Our infrastructure is steadfast and constantly evolving to meet the growing needs of our clients, which allows us to process terabytes of data with previously unheard of turnaround that has been validated by some of the largest corporations world-wide . Although we are large enough to handle anything your projects require, we are also boutique enough to care deeply about maintaining our client relationships

The Market Need

iDiscover operates under the premise that constant technological advances in the global economy present significant challenges to corporations and law firms.  Given the often vast amount of data that must be collected and reviewed throughout the course of litigation, the proliferation of governmental investigations and increased complexity of mergers and acquisitions – as well as the voluminous sources of relevant data in hundreds of languages and thousands of file formats – managing electronically stored information (ESI) in such an environment can appear to be a daunting task that feels further complicated by court-mandated timelines.
