Tony Davoodi
Chief Executive Officer / President

Mr. Davoodi, as the principal shareholder of iDiscover leads the company with the same style and flare as he has done with other entities he has acquired or founded. As a true entrepreneur, Mr. Davoodi's values are firmly rooted in the philosophy that people are the company's greatest asset and client satisfaction is paramount to survival and success. Mr. Davoodi provides strategic vision and tactical leadership in steering his companies towards growth and culturally healthy entities.

Michael Scott Elder
Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Elder has an extensive background in information technology and software development. As an experienced leader with a track record of developing and managing technology teams, Mr. Elder brings his talents to iDiscover to foster an environment of creativity and stability and to provide strategic vision, solid business practices and new software implementation.

Mr. Elder founded DesertSoft in 1999, a company specializing in the design, architecture and implementation of robust data systems used in the electronic trading and banking industries.  Mr. Elder successfully exited DesertSoft in 2006 and shifted his attention and talents to eDiscovery where he continues to innovate and provide a leadership role in the ever-changing eDiscovery landscape.

Bill Spiegel IV
Senior National Project Manager

Bill Spiegel serves as an iDiscover Senior Project Manager. He has numerous years of experience managing multiple large complex projects for Am Law 100 Firms and Fortune 500 companies as well as for the Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission and the European Commission.

Bill excels in delivering the highest level of customer service and quality. Because of his extensive experience with ESI processing, web hosting, review and early case assessment Bill is able to provide exceptional workflow/case consultation resulting in effective and successful case management.

Gene Polk
Director of Project Management

Gene Polk serves as the Director of Project Management, he ensures quality performance and compliance, and is accountable for client projects. He is a certified LexisNexis trainer and has a strong background in IPRO, iCONECT and Summation.

Prior to joining iDiscover Global, Gene worked in the records management and litigation support industry for more than 12 years. He began his litigation support career as a technical support specialist for IPRO, a major developer of litigation support software.

He has also worked for major litigation support companies, including Pitney Bowes, Encore Legal Solutions and Apex Document Solutions, serving as operations manager, trainer, systems engineer, trial consultant and web repository manager.
