Title:
Cost Containment & Risk Reduction: Strategic Use of E-Discovery Resources
Description:
Almost four years after the Federal Rules were amended to include the “E-Discovery Rules,” organizations are still struggling with the complexities of it. To assist with the struggle, many e-discovery tools have been created. These tools involve both a science and an art. The technology itself is the science. But using the right tool in the right environment (in house or outsourced) for the right case is the art. This thought-provoking presentation will explore that art and lead you to think of e-discovery resources – internal and external - as strategic weapons in your cases that can contain costs while reducing risk for your organization.
